Red Light New Music kicks off its new season with a concert devoted to ensemble works by Italian composers, featuring premieres by young Italian and Italian-American composers Tiziano Manca, Lorenzo Pagliei, and Christopher Cerrone as well as works by 20th century masters Luigi Nono, Salvatore Sciarrino, and Giacinto Scelci. Featuring the Red Light Ensemble conducted by Ted Hearne and soprano Mary Mackenzie. Sponsored by the Italian Academy for Advanced Studies at Columbia University.

Red Light brings its Berlin concert to Lousiville, Charleston and New York. These concerts features works by Reiko Fueting, Scott Wollschleger, Kyle Hillbrand, Vincent Raikhel, Rama Gottfried, and Derek Muro, performed by cellists Jessie Marino, John Popham, flutist Natacha Diels, and percussionist Kevin Sims.

The Red Light ensemble, as part of the Hi-Fi Music Festival, presents a concert of premieres by Christopher Cerrone, Scott Wollschleger, A. Vincent Raikhel, and Liam Robinson, as well as Evan Johnson's Auschnitte, winner of the first annual Red Light New Music composition competition.
